All items purchased from Tramontina USA, Inc. can be returned in new, unused condition in its original packaging along with a copy of the packing slip within 30 calendar days from its original ship date for a refund of the purchase price only.
Items that are not in new and unused condition will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
If the item you purchased has any defects or damage when you first receive it, we will send you a prepaid return label to return the item for replacement at our expense if you contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order.
Refunds for returned items may take up to 10 business days from the day it is received to be processed and returned to your card.
