New and unused products

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the new and unused product for a refund using the following guidelines:

  • Returned products must be received within 30-days of the original delivery date. No refunds or exchanges will be given for a product received more than 30-days from the date of original delivery.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and in new, and unused condition. All products to be returned must have their complete original packaging materials including any manuals or printed materials.
  • Used products or products damaged from misuse will not be accepted for exchange.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Tramontina USA, Inc. will provide a prepaid shipping label for each product to be returned.
  • Returned products must be received in saleable condition in order to receive a refund or exchange. Refund or exchange will not be issued for used or damaged products.
  • Shipping & Handling Fee: each product returned for a refund is subject to a flat Shipping & Handling Fee of $15.00, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Defective products and order discrepancies

If the product you received is not the same product that you ordered online, or if your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 business days of the original delivery date.

Tramontina USA, Inc. will send you a prepaid return label to return the product for replacement at our own expense.


Refunds for qualified returns may take up to 10 business days from the day Tramontina USA, Inc. receives the product to be processed in the form of the original tender. We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a refund or exchanging a product (i.e. confirming a damaged product).
